Cardio-Tennis                                      Monday                        6:00 – 7:00 pm

Starting September 10 through October 29, 2007

Try a different way to work out.  This is a group fitness activity that doesn’t require tennis skills but is a fun way to learn the sport.  This is for ages +14Limited class size, pre-registration required.

 

Lockwood Folly Community Building, Holden Beach, NC 28462

Starting September 4 through November 27th, 2007

Total Body Conditioning                       Tuesday & Thursday                 6:00 – 7:00 pm

Total Body Conditioning combines low impact aerobics, weights and toning exercises to make up a well-balanced workout.  Sign up is not necessary, just show up with a towel or mat.

 

Brunswick Academy Gymnasium, Bolivia, NC 28422

Starting September 11 through November 8th, 2007

Yoga                                                     Tuesday & Thursday-@ Island Yoga     6:00 – 7:00 pm

Yoga Level 1 & 2 - This class is designed to introduce and enhance your Yoga practice.

The use of breath, alignment of Yoga poses, core strength, and flexibility will be combined to create a fun, flowing, and positive Yoga class. Open to all levels, modifications will be provided. Join us for a revitalizing experience. Limited class size, pre-registration required.

Cardio-Mix combines multi-levels of aerobics, exercise balls, steps, weights and toning exercises to make up a well-balanced workout.  Sign up is not necessary, just show up with a towel or mat.
